  • Body-type & food-specific sample MEAL PLAN + macro nutrient guidelines (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free)   for meal variety (this is KEY!! We’ll be showing you how to utilize your “macros” for meal variety and how to truly make it a part of your lifestyle…You don’t have to eat the same thing everyday…Or if you crave routine you totally can!)
  • Weekly email accountability & exclusive Facebook group support with Leslie & your team leader (hint…they’ll be your amazing Bar Method Instructors!)
  • 2 LIVE coaching webinars with Leslie to help you get everything you need to succeed in this challenge! Plus, you’ll have access to the presentation at anytime during the challenge if you need to review any of the info! (P.S…We’ll have Q&A at the end of the webinars)
  • 4 PRIVATE challenge classes just for you girls [think Level 2 🙂 ]on Sunday afternoons during the challenge (taught by the AMAZING Lizzy!! see dates above in “THE WHEN” section…limited spots available…first come first serve…we’ll keep you posted when you can sign up!)

To be eligible for prizes in The Bar Method ONLINE Strong Challenge:

1) You must commit to a minimum of 4 classes per week during the challenge to be eligible for prizes. We’re encouraging everyone to go for 5 classes each week!! You’re allowed 1 “free” pass due to an illness or unexpected event during the challenge…That equates to a minimum of 15 classes 🙂

2) Complete & turn in both your before & your after pics, full body measurements, & weigh ins to Leslie (info@fitbodykitchen.com) by the deadline of Thursday, March 2nd by 11:59 pm

3) This is a given…BUT…follow your nutrition plan/macros & commit to focus on YOU for 28 days!
