“I really liked in the first survey that you asked how committed I am to this. I wrote 10 even though I didn’t feel like I was ready for that. But, throughout the challenge I reminded myself of this.

I was really surprised at how easy this was. People always complain about how hard dieting is. But, I didn’t have that problem. As long as I’m not hungry, I’m happy, to be honest. With someone helping guide my eating, I had few struggles. I loved the meal plan and I loved slowly working away from it. Meal plans are so easy for me because they mean I don’t have to think about feeding myself 🙂

I also really liked having the Facebook group and getting to read other people’s stories/share my own and cheer others on and be cheered. I love that sort of camaraderie.
